Job DescriptionJob Description A long-established and rapidly growing public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Audit Manager to join its for-profit industry team. This role will focus on clients in the Manufacturing and Construction sectors and offers clear potential for future partnership consideration. Responsibilities Lead audits, reviews, and compilations for for-profit clients, ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness. Serve as the primary contact for client relationships, offering guidance and proactive communication. Manage, coach, and develop a team of professionals. Review financial statements, workpapers, and audit documentation for accuracy and completeness. Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients beyond compliance. Contribute to business development efforts, including networking, proposals, and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to strengthen and grow the for-profit practice area. Support internal initiatives such as training, process improvement, and practice development. Qualifications CPA license required. 5+ years of audit experience in public accounting, preferably with for-profit clients. Background in Manufacturing or Construction industries strongly preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Entrepreneurial drive with the potential for future partnership track.
