Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support plant personnel on daily quality concerns and issue and communicate quality alerts, as needed. Audit compliance with existing procedures and requirements, including paperwork at the press and process variances. Perform raw material testing, prepare trend analysis to evaluate vendors and update receiving inspection instruction per vendor. Audit finished good and report findings to production and quality personnel. Support correlation studies and conduct in-house calibration and schedule outsourcing calibration services. Support the QMS by updating documentation and aid in writing procedures and work instructions. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs Willing to work alternate shifts as needed and be familiar with all job tasks in the department Strong attention to detail
Work Experience:
1-3 years of quality experience
