A well-respected regional accounting firm is seeking an Audit Supervisor to join their growing team in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. This is a confidential search for an experienced audit professional ready to take the next step in leadership. As an Audit Supervisor, you will: Lead and review audit engagements across a variety of industries Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring adherence to professional standards and accurate workpapers Collaborate with partners on client strategy, workflow, and audit planning Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

Proven experience in audit preparation and review Experience supervising staff or managing teams Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, audit methodology, and compliance Excellent communication and client service skills

Salary:
