This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, reviewing documentation, and ensuring data integrity across multiple departments. What You'll Do Review records, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures Analyze data and identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information Verify supporting documentation and reconcile information across multiple systems Document audit findings and maintain detailed records of reviews performed Assist with internal audits and prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations Evaluate existing processes and help identify opportunities for improvement Collect, organize, and maintain invoices, reports, employee records, and other business documents Enter, update, and maintain information within company databases and spreadsheets Communicate with internal teams regarding missing information, corrections, or audit-related questions Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in auditing, data entry, administrative support, accounting, or a related field Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors Excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and computer systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Why Join Window World?
