A Well-Respected Public Accounting Firm in Lousiana is seeking the next Audit Manager to join their team! This role offers a choice of working in a few different offices. This individual needs to have experience managing/training/ and developing a team of Audit Staff & Seniors. The firm offers a clear path to Partner and helps you along the way! Job Duties:
Supervise and coach a team throughout engagements Assist with onboarding & training Serve as a primary point of contact to clients Lead all phases of engagements Manage workloads, budgets, & timelines of engagements Start to build industry expertise
Qualifications:
CPA Bachelor's in Accounting 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting Ability to supervise a team Experience with Construction, Employee Benefit Plans, Governmental, Hospitality, or Non-profit audits
