About the Opportunity Hills Leadership & Training Institute, LLC is building a separate bench of specialty consultants and small-firm partners to support future technical, analytical, compliance, audit, and financial advisory projects. We are seeking experienced 1099 consultants or small firms with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Data Analytics Compliance and Auditing Services Financial Advisement and Planning This is not a full-time employee position. This is an opportunity to be considered for future project-based consulting, subcontractor, or teaming partner opportunities. About HLTI Hills Leadership & Training Institute, LLC provides consulting, training, leadership development, and organizational improvement services. As client opportunities expand, HLTI is seeking specialty partners who can bring technical depth in data, compliance, audit, financial analysis, and advisory services. We are especially interested in consultants who can produce professional, client-ready deliverables and support public-sector, nonprofit, healthcare, education, government, or large-organization environments.
Specialty Areas of Interest:
Data Analytic s Potential project work may include: Data analysis and reporting Dashboard development KPI and performance measurement support Data visualization Business intelligence support Data governance documentation Data dictionaries and reporting tools Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical support Executive briefings and analytical reports Compliance and Auditing Services Potential project work may include: Compliance reviews Internal control assessments Risk assessments Policy and procedure reviews Corrective action plans Audit preparation or audit support Grant compliance support Procurement, HR, IT, financial, or operational compliance reviews Public-sector compliance support Experience with 2 CFR 200, HIPAA, cybersecurity compliance, GASB, internal control frameworks, audit standards, grants management, or regulatory compliance is a plus. Financial Advisement and Planning Potential project work may include: Budget analysis Financial forecasting Cost analysis Financial modeling Fiscal impact analysis Revenue or expense analysis Grant financial management support Financial dashboards and reporting Long-term financial planning support Ideal Specialty Partner Profile The ideal consultant or small firm has experience supporting technical or advisory projects involving data, compliance, auditing, finance, grants, reporting, internal controls, risk, budgeting, or public-sector operations. Strong candidates may have backgrounds in: Data analytics Business intelligence Compliance Internal auditing Risk management Financial analysis Public finance Grant compliance Budgeting and forecasting Accounting or fiscal management Government, nonprofit, healthcare, education, or corporate consulting Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, compliance, auditing, financial advisory, budgeting, forecasting, or related specialty area Ability to produce professional reports, dashboards, analyses, recommendations, or executive briefings Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working independently and meeting deadlines Experience supporting government, public-sector, nonprofit, healthcare, education, or large organizational clients preferred Relevant certifications are a plus, including CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CGFM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, data analytics credentials, finance certifications, audit credentials, or compliance certifications Consultant Levels of Interest We are interested in consultants or firms who may qualify for one or more of the following levels: Principal / Managing Consultant Senior Consultant Consultant Analyst Administrative or Project Support What to Submit Interested consultants or firms should submit: Resume, professional bio, or capability statement Specialty area: Data Analytics, Compliance/Auditing, Financial Advisement, or multiple areas Relevant certifications and licenses Examples of similar projects or client work Hourly rate or rate range General availability for project-based work Confirmation that you are open to 1099 independent contractor, subcontractor, or teaming partner opportunities Independent Contractor Notice This is a 1099 independent contractor, subcontractor, or teaming partner opportunity.
