This role offers hands-on exposure to a diverse client base and the opportunity to perform on-site audit work across multiple industries. The Field Auditor will work closely with audit leadership and clients to deliver high-quality financial reporting and assurance services. This position is ideal for an audit professional who enjoys client interaction, fieldwork, and continued professional development within a public accounting environment. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site audit fieldwork for financial statement audits, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures Execute audit plans, testing internal controls, substantive procedures, and analytical reviews Prepare accurate and well-documented workpapers in accordance with professional standards Identify, communicate, and document audit findings and recommendations Collaborate with audit seniors and managers to meet engagement deadlines Maintain direct communication with client personnel during fieldwork Assist with audit planning and wrap-up procedures as needed Stay current on GAAP, GAAS, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required CPA license or active pursuit of CPA strongly preferred 1-4+ years of public accounting audit experience preferred Solid understanding of GAAP and auditing standards Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to travel to client sites and work independently in the field Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Excel What's Offered Exposure to a wide range of industries and client environments Supportive team culture with mentorship and professional growth opportunities Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunity to advance within a reputable public accounting practice Work Environment This role involves regular travel to client locations and offers a dynamic, client-facing audit experience within a collaborative CPA firm setting. #LI-JK3 #INAPR2026
