Salary Range:

The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Quality Auditor to join our team who can evaluate the processes systems and products to ensure they meet established standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
What You'll Do Direct Operations:
Work with production to monitor and correct deviations from quality standards.
Strategic Planning:
Align quality objectives with organizational goals and customer expectations.
Performance Metrics:
Drive and execute management goals for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, labor costs, and material cost reduction.
ERP & Reporting:
Work with production to keep the ERP system data accurate, which provides monthly forecasting for open sales.
Team Leadership:
Work as a team and gather information on a daily basis to ensure the company runs without issues.
Technical Collaboration:
Identifying potential quality issues and ensuring that product is built to be efficient and manufacturable.
Inventory Control:
Inspecting products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
What You'll Bring Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in quality assurance.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Technical Skills:
Experience with ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred, strong written and verbal communications skills, along with excellent comprehension, in English required. Vision system programming and GD&T preferred experience . Read and understand technical information, specifications, drawings, and quality system documents as they relate to the operation of the business . Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent comprehension, in English required.
Communication:
Strong ability to handle technical discussions and comply with complex written and verbal directions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (PPE required), lift to 30 lbs, and stand/bend for up to 8 hours per day. Visual acuity is required to read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect produced parts.
Travel:
