Job DescriptionJob Description Must-Haves:
Audit / ADR / compliance exposure (Medicare + Medicaid) Experience working in Smartsheet, especially alert‐driven workflows Hospice experience Extremely detail-oriented & deadline-driven Strong organization and follow-up skills Comfortable managing high-volume documentation
Plusses:
Hands-on experience with WellSky and/or MatrixCare Prior use of Telligen for Continuing Stay Reviews (CSRs) Familiarity with hospice billing platforms such as CGS/BGS and Inovalon Comfort navigating multiple EMR and billing systems simultaneously
Day-to-Day:
Manage Continuing Stay Review (CSR) submissions to Telligen every 60 days Identify patients entering new benefit periods and submit required documentation Support 100+ patient caseload Track and follow all submissions via Smartsheet (alert-based) + email monitoring Work backlog of existing audits while managing ongoing queue Respond to ADRs, assist with appeals, claims follow-up, and payer calls Coordinate with clinical teams & billers for missing items (F2F notes, NOEs, etc.) Utilize systems such as
CGS/BGS, Inovalon, Telligen/Telegen Job Description:
