Scope and Goals Ability to perform comprehensive product and process audits, including FRF checks, detailed visual inspections of castings and cores, rework parts when required, and operate equipment such as the lathe, bandsaw, hardness tester, and x-ray machine. Experience Strong Technical Skills Good Problem Solving Abilities Ability to operate small to mid-sized industrial equipment (will train) Ability to bend over and lift as-cast rotors as needed throughout the work day. Ability to record data and react as needed if a non-conformity arises.
