Job Description

Job Summary Audits processes and trains personnel on the proper completion of all production documentation per our Standard Business Manual. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Audit respective area to ensure that production operators and supervisors are completing inspections and documenting them properly, completely, and in the proper time frame. Ensure that the parts meet all the requirements per the quality Instruction Sheets (QIS) and Setup Sheets (SS) in regards to labeling, packaging, visual and dimensional quality. Work day to day to mentor employees and answer questions concerning the proper completion of documentation and other quality requirements (packaging, labeling/tagging and part quality). Assist supervisors with resolving discrepancies found in quality documents. Audit product for proper identification, labeling/tagging and visual/dimensional conformance. Recommend changes to existing quality or production standards to help drive continuous improvement. Assist QE/QM/Production in containment activities related to quality concerns. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action process. Perform layered process audits (LPA's). Performs product audits throughout process.
  • Other Duties may be assigned as they relate to an essential function of the position.
Required/Preferred Skills/Attributes:
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Proficient with Word & Excel
  • Use of Email for daily communication
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Positive Attitude with team focused approach
  • Self Motivated
  • This position is on 2nd shift from 3:00PM
  • 11:00PM.

From $19.22 per hour
