Position Overview:
We are seeking an Assurance Senior Associate who will play a key role in audit engagements while developing industry expertise and providing trusted advisory support to clients. This position offers significant opportunities for advancement, professional development, and building long-term client relationships in a fast-growing public accounting environment.
What You Will Do:
  • Serve as a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services.
  • Proactively communicate with clients throughout the year to obtain information and address questions.
  • Plan and supervise the execution of audit engagement activities.
  • Perform and review substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
  • Conduct and review internal control testing and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in discussions with Managers and Partners regarding business insights and recommendations.
  • Learn through coaching, mentoring, and structured firm-wide development programs.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships using your entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Support team development in alignment with the firm's coaching philosophy.
  • Participate in team-building activities that promote work-life balance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent coursework required for CPA exam eligibility.
  • CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA completion.
  • Two or more years of audit experience in public accounting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.
