Position Description This is a quality audit position, which audits processes, fabricated and/or purchased parts against applicable drawings, bills of material, engineering documents, inspection procedures, etc. and conducts process audits as required Key Responsibilities
Audits processes, fabricated and/or purchased parts against applicable drawings, bills of material, engineering documents, inspection procedures, etc. Conducts process audits as required.
Assist the production department in quality improvement teams.
Assist production by detecting issues in supply depts prior to the entire coil being built and being sent to final inspection.
Required Education & Qualifications
Requires a high school education or equivalent.
Understanding of how to conduct process audits.
12 to 18 months are required to achieve the job knowledge of all operations and documents pertaining to the specific job.
Detect visual discrepancies.
Detect discrepancies in various Engineering Documents, such as Engineering Deviations, Standards, etc.
Must be able to coordinate with production supervision.
Must be "team oriented"
Perform certified leak tests and certificate of conformance.
Basic office computer skills.( such as Excel, Word, SAP, etc)
