Division Overview:
Motor Vehicle Division's (MVD) mission is to identify and promote efficient, cost-effective programs that benefit the interests, safety, and well-being of Montana citizens. This occurs through licensing, registering, and regulating the motoring activities of the public. MVD is a critical statewide division responsible to the citizens of Montana. This position serves as a hybrid Trainer/Auditor for the Motor Vehicle's Division. The candidate should be a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support statewide training, audit functions, and service quality. This position is responsible for developing comprehensive training materials and auditing transactions across MVD, and Authorized Agents to ensure consistency with state laws, policies, and procedures.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain training documents, manuals, guides, and instructional materials. Conduct transaction audits to evaluate accuracy, policy compliance, and adherence to established standards. Ensure consistency in procedures, documentation, and customer service delivery. Serve as a knowledgeable resource, offering clear and professional communication.Qualifications:
Strong customer service background with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience creating training materials or instructional resources. Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess transaction accuracy and compliance. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business, public administration or related field. Two years job related work experience. Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted.Special Instructions :
