Position Summary The Compliance Assistant will work with a team responsible for providing administrative and compliance support to our Consumer Collections Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Retrieve call recordings and conduct daily, weekly and monthly audit of call logs. Prepare call logs for clients and management as needed. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly client reporting and deliverables. Assist with internal audits by compiling data from SQL reports and performing weekly/monthly inspections of data. Assist with incoming mail processing and document scanning. Generate inventory, collector, and client reports weekly and monthly. Update SOP's related to new or updated processes. Additional projects as needed for the functionality with the Consumer Collections Team. Vendor Management Oversight
  • assist with compiling updated documentation from vendors for annual risk reviews.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 2-year associate degree in a related field preferred. Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative support role. Experience working in Banking or Call Center environment preferred. Basic understanding of the litigation process preferred. Ability to work in a team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to process a large volume of work efficiently and accurately. Excel knowledge required.
