Full-Time. seeking an experienced Audit Manager to oversee audit and assurance engagements for a diverse client base. This key leadership role manages audits from planning through completion while working closely with other departments to deliver integrated, high-quality client service. The ideal candidate is technically strong, organized, and open to using modern tools and methods that enhance accuracy, collaboration, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and manage financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations Oversee engagement planning, fieldwork, and reporting Review staff work for accuracy, compliance, and technical quality Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness Partner with tax and advisory teams to ensure seamless client service Provide support to other firm areas, including tax and advisory work, particularly during audit downtime or tax season, to maintain balanced workloads and continuous client value Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen efficiency and client experience Qualifications Active CPA license required 7+ years of public accounting experience, including leading audit engagements Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and risk-based auditing Proven ability to train, supervise, and develop staff Experience collaborating across multiple service lines Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office; exposure to cloud-based systems preferred Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
