Shipment Auditor/Coordinator Location:
Moorestown, NJ Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Pay Rate:
$23-$25 per hour

Non‑Exempt Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented Shipment Auditor/Coordinator to support Operations by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of clinical supply shipments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with internal SOPs, cGMPs, and client requirements for domestic and international shipments. Essential Functions The essential duties include, but are not limited to: Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and cGMP regulations Review shipment document packets for accuracy prior to fulfillment Verify drug expiration dates meet criteria outlined in QA‑issued Clinical Site Shipment Expiration Date Determination Reports Act as liaison with Distribution Management to monitor product expiration dates for finished goods and components Confirm Clinical Supplies Shipment Invoices are processed according to shipment requests Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation for international shipments, including required customs copies Ensure shipment packets include correct site documents for shipment and appropriate copies for internal records Accurately record all outbound shipments in the Daily Shipping Database, including protocol details, courier information, tracking numbers, fees, and client data Immediately notify the Vice President of Operations of any shipment discrepancies or issues affecting product status Provide shipment notifications and follow‑up with clients and/or IVRS systems as required Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience) Working knowledge of departmental practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills English literacy Knowledge of cGMPs Basic mathematical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Access, Excel) Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or clinical supplies industry preferred At least 2 years of experience in logistics/pharmaceutical IND38
