This position is long term with potential to convert to permanent.

Schedule:

8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to

Friday Salary:

$47,840.00 to $52,000.00 per year ($23•25hr, DOE)

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience Must have working knowledge of departmental practices Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills English literacy Attention to detail Knowledge of cGMPs General mathematical skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Outlook, Access and Excel Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry Responsibilities•Assuring overall cGMP compliance with all procedures affiliated with approval of shipment documentation packets and tracking of all shipments leaving the facility on a daily basis. Responsible for compliance with internal SOPs and cGMPs. Determine accuracy of contents of all shipment document packets processed for fulfillment of shipment requests. Verify that drug's expiration date per item code requested to be shipped meets expiration criteria as stated on the Clinical Site Shipment Expiration Date Determination Report issued by QA. Act as liaison with Distribution Management in monitoring expiration dates of products including finished goods as well as components. Verify that Clinical Supplies Shipment Invoice is processed as stated on the shipment request. Verify that all supporting documents for International shipments are accurate and sufficient copies included for customs inspection purposes. Verify that each shipment packet includes site documents to be shipped with product and copies of all site documents that are to remain at the facility for distribution's records. Record all outbound shipments in Daily Shipping Database.

Entries to include:

proposal number, protocol number, ship date, investigator name, site number, brief description or IVRS shipping number, courier used for shipment, tracking numbers and fees for transit, and client name associated with each shipment. Immediately notify Vice President of Operations of any discrepancies related to shipment and/or status of drug product. Provide follow up with client and/or IVRS notification of shipment as required for proposal specific projects. Other duties as assigned
