Job DescriptionJob Description Salary:
$130k - $150k plus bonus plus equity for a total comp of $190k Overview Leadership development program opportunity at the Senior Manager/Manager level. Compensation includes base, annual cash bonus and equity. The program is designed for high-performing professionals with the goal to move into the business. Lead high profile projects with stakeholders and executives across the organization and then rotate into Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Operations or other areas. Responsibilities Executive level presence while interacting with key stakeholders throughout the company Ability to understand the operations of the business in order to add value to the process, strategy, and decision-making Lead a team of professionals through financial and compliance audits Evaluate accuracy of internal controls and deliver audit reports Assess risk and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in accordance with timelines Participate in projects for continuous improvement and efficiencies Evaluate and analyze business scenarios following a risk-based approach Train and coach staff members through the execution of assessments and audits Coach professionals in analyzing, detecting, and reporting non-conformance Provide technical guidance on company policies and procedures Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required 6+ years of relevant audit experience Strong leadership and communication skills
