Job Description

Randstad is proud to partner with an iconic, premier hospitality, gaming, and world-class entertainment resort destination located on the vibrant Las Vegas Strip. Known globally for its luxury hospitality, high-energy environment, and pristine operational standards, our client offers a dynamic workplace where precision and data integrity drive executive business decisions. We are looking for an analytical individual who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments to join their corporate finance and compliance support team.
salary:
$19 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4
PMeducation:
No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Data Extraction & Reporting:
Routinely pull large datasets and financial/operational reports from internal databases and ERP systems.
Accurate Data Entry:
Input, update, and maintain audit records, logs, and master data spreadsheets with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
Data Auditing & Reconciliation:
Review and cross-reference entered data against source documents to identify, investigate, and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Excel Management:
Format, organize, and manipulate data using advanced Excel functions to create clean, readable audit reports for management review.
Process Documentation:
Maintain clear logs of auditing activities, discrepancies found, and corrective actions taken.
