Job Description
Randstad is seeking a meticulous and analytical Auditor to oversee daily financial tracking, verify revenue accuracy, and ensure strict compliance with internal controls. This role is highly technical and data-driven, focusing on the precision of financial reporting, variance reconciliation, and systemic problem-solving.
salary:
$18 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesGaming Audit Functions Daily Reconciliation:
Audit, verify, and reconcile daily paperwork from casino gaming areas, including slots, table games, poker, sportsbook, and the main cage.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all gaming activities comply with Title 31 (Anti-Money Laundering/AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and state/tribal gaming commission regulations.
Variance Investigation:
Identify, investigate, and document any variances, discrepancies, or missing documentation in the daily drop and count sheets.
Tax & Reporting:
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly gaming revenue reports and tax returns required by regulatory bodies.
Non-Gaming Audit Functions POS Reconciliation:
Audit and reconcile daily Point of Sale (POS) reports from non-gaming revenue centers (Hotels, Food & Beverage, Spa, Retail, and Entertainment).
Comp & Allowance Verification:
Review and verify complimentary items ("comps"), discounts, and voided transactions to ensure proper management authorization and prevent internal fraud.
Inventory Auditing:
Periodically participate in physical inventory counts for retail, food, and beverage sectors to ensure accurate costing and asset protection.
