Promote risk Management in the unit, informing and sharing expertise, in order to develop risk-aware decision taking in relation to unit goals and unit business plan. Support co-workers, by providing expertise in acting in accordance with Ingka Rules and Local (country and regional) legislation to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers. Promote and ensure completion of trainings needed and facilitate for co-workers to meet IKEAs/ Ingka's risk appetite. Support Risk & Compliance culture by developing leadership and conscious approach in identifying, as well as implementing systems to detect, analyze and reduce business loss, financial impact, prevent incidents and accidents. Ensure the reporting of relevant figures for e.g. co-workers, customer and visitor's incidents to establish progress and areas for improvement.
