Job Description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Leads or performs audits of Corporate Treasury (ex. Liquidity Mgmt., Reporting, Stress Testing, Funding, IRRBB, etc.), Chief Investment Office (Bank Investment Portfolio), and Risk (Liquidity & Market) activities and works as a team member on audit assignments. Leads or executes risk-focused planning, fieldwork, and reporting, in accordance with Internal Audit policies, methodologies, and standards in order to identify meaningful issues, risks and other exposures. Responsible for ensuring testing (or other tasks as applicable) is adequate and accurate to allow an evaluation of adherence to company policies and procedures, audit methodologies, and all applicable regulations. Demonstrates skills and understanding of businesses and processes through flowcharting, work papers, analysis, issue identification and discussions with management and auditees. Identifies inconsistencies within the control environment, regulatory requirements and best practices and able to clearly explain the audit process to clients, as well as any findings or results. Applies advanced analytical problem-solving skills and leads others in solving complex issues and identifying innovative solutions. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience preferred. Prior experience in Audit, Corporate Treasury, Investment Portfolio, Reporting, or Risk preferred. Additional core skill requirements include understanding of the applied and interpretation of analytics results for Audit, critical thinking and problem solving.
