$27/hr Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Hospital Credentialing Specialist for an onsite assignment in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing provider credentialing processes, maintaining compliance standards, and utilizing credentialing software systems in a healthcare environment. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of provider credentialing including: Initial appointments Reappointments Credential audits Clinical privileging Process credentialing for Medical Staff, Allied Health Professionals, and other healthcare providers Utilize MDStaff credentialing software to perform and monitor credentialing activities and background checks Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies Ensure compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies Interpret credentialing regulations, bylaws, statutes, and laws Maintain organized credentialing records and audit documentation Support ongoing medical staff office operations and compliance initiatives Requirements Bachelor's Degree required Experience with: Credentialing Initial appointment and reappointment processing Clinical privileging Credential audits Background checks MDStaff software Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English For more details reach at or Call / Text at 516-587-6677 .
