Audit/Assurance Associate Position Summary:
415 Group is seeking an Audit/Assurance Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate or someone beginning their career in public accounting. The associate will work closely with senior team members to support audit engagements and gain hands-on experience in assurance services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of audit and assurance engagements Perform audit procedures, including testing and documentation Prepare and organize workpapers in accordance with firm standards Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or areas of concern Communicate effectively with team members and clients Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA track preferred (or intention to pursue CPA) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Internship or exposure to audit/accounting software is a plus, but not required
Start Date:
As soon as possible, no later than year-end
