This is a full-time position based in Toledo, Ohio. Hours for this position are typically: 1st shift, Monday-Friday 6AM-2PM

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Audit incoming/outgoing materials to ensure that we have the proper quantities and quality either entering into the facility or being shipped to the warehouse for storage. Identify and disposition product that does not meet customer quality expectations (Red Tag). Communicate improper labeling and/or mixed product to appropriate TTD Leadership for disposition. Receive and input incoming material into PLEX and note discrepancies to Buyer. Load/unload trailers as needed. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Authority to stop production in the event unsafe parts or conditions appear. Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or Manager, which may be outside the scope of responsibilities noted above.

Requirements:

Experience operating large industrial equipment is preferred. Operate forklift. Must be certified within 30 days of being placed in job. Proficient in PLEX. Identified candidates must be able to work overtime (daily, weekends and holidays) Frequent sitting, standing, walking and occasional bending. Will lift, carry, pull / push, and reach for supplies and on occasion lifting (up to 50 lbs.) while performing various aspects of the job. Will need to climb stairs, climb ladders, lift and move objects, requires manual dexterity and repetitive use of keyboard/computer devices/power tools/machining equipment; Wear safety equipment, such as earplugs, goggles, gloves, and steel-toed shoes.
