Job Description
SUMMARY:
Ensure the proper reconciliation of revenues generated by the casino through the daily audit process. Performs the day to day activities of the Revenue Audit department. Ensures the accuracy of revenue amounts. Ensures the daily balancing of revenue summary reports to the main vault and casino cage count sheets and the Casino Facts system. Ensures the W2G's and 1042S' are balanced each day and ready for submission/payment to the IRS on a timely basis. Will work closely with the Finance to ensure all documents, records and reports are maintained correctly.DUTIES:
Acts as the expert in all matters relating to the revenue audit computerized reporting systems. Responsible for evaluating transactions in the vault and cage areas. Performing and completing daily work in accordance with the daily work programs and company policy. Ensures that each day revenue amounts are reconciled/balanced to the main vault/cage count sheets and the Casino Facts system on at least aweekly basis. Ensures the main bank, vault, casino cages, food/beverage outlet and any other cash on hand is agreed from supporting count sheets to the general ledger on at least a weekly basis. Ensures documents, records and reports are maintained in an orderly fashion for quick retrieval. Ensures EGD meters are read as required by company policy. Ensures documents and records are organized for storage and/or destruction. Ensures the Daily Revenue Flash Report is accurate and generated daily for each business day. Works closely with Finance, Operations and I.T. department personnel to ensure online computerized reporting systems are accurate and are updated in a timely manner with appropriate changes. Generates revenue and other special reports using all available reporting capabilities Prepares and provides the Controller with reports to record revenue related activities. Audits all cage paperwork. Performs yearly audit work, as deemed necessary. Prepares exception reports for violations noted during audits Ensure that management effectively and timely responds to Exception Reports. Maintains an organized filing system for all Exception Reports and all records and documents. Auditing includes verifying all money coming into the casino and all money going out of the casino. Verifying that all profit centers revenues and paper records agree and are recorded properly. Audit all paperwork and activity for all Gaming profit centers. Verify that all revenues are stated and reported accurately: Bingo, Table Games, Slot, Food & Beverage and Cage, a consolidation of the others. Close periods after auditing daily work. Verify hardcopy W-2Gs with ACRES reports on monthly basis. Maintain storage file records for the casino.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel spreadsheet program and Microsoft Word Ability to learn and effectively utilize computerized accounting systems Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain visual attention and mental concentration for extended periods of time Must be able to handle multiple tasks and job duties simultaneously Must be willing to work a flexible schedule of all shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends Able to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/DEMANDS
Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Must be able to lift boxes up to 40 lbsEXPERIENCE

Must submit and pass an alcohol/Drug Screen. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have excellent attendance Possess dependable transportation to/from work. Must be able to pass an extensive background investigation that includes financial, criminal and previous work experience. Must be bondable.
