Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full Time Revenue Auditor I to join our Accounting team located at Riverwind Casino.
Summary:
This position audits all aspects of the revenue audit paperwork from CNDC facilities ensuring the accuracy of information utilized for financial reporting.Responsibilities:
Reviews ACSC audit ensuring accuracy of information for financial reports and decision-making Performs all primary audits required of assigned position Performs reasonability checks on assigned primary audits ensuring all transactions are accurate Completes daily issuance and redemption of comps utilized at various locations; investigates, and reports any unresolved discrepancies Performs daily audit of ticket redemption centers (kiosks) and jackpot kiosks, investigates, and reports any unresolved discrepancies Completes daily reconciliation of assigned Gaming systems and identifies any issues and variances, reporting as needed Performs daily Card Games audit, investigates, and reports any unresolved variances Reviews documentation of assigned audits, and reports information to leadership Researches variances that arise during primary and/or secondary audits and escalates when necessary Performs reasonability checks on all primary audits ensuring all transactions are accurate Implements new audits within the revenue audit department Communicates effectively to the internal team for all new changes that pertain to audit compliance within the facility Assists other departments in accounting with research as needed Accurately conducts meter adjustments for CNDC gaming facilities when necessary Compiles and presents requested information to Internal Audit, Gaming Compliance, Gaming Commission or Facility Leadership Ensures all daily audits are stored in the OnBase optical system for Internal Audit, Gaming Compliance and Gaming Commission reviews Assist Facility Compliance with Internal Audits, Gaming Compliance Audits, IRS Audits, Gaming Commission Audits and External Audit questions Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner Greets and engages with a smile Determines needs and seeks positive experiences and outcomes Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment Maintains and promotes professionalism Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area Performs all other duties as assignedCompetencies:
