Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Candidates must have six years or more of current/recent experience as an audit and assurance accountant at a certified public accounting Must be a licensed CPA Possess technical knowledge in GAAP, GAAS and OCBOA sufficient to supervise staff accountants, and evaluate their progress when appropriate Experience with managing and mentoring up and coming team members Requirements of the
Job:
Manages multiple engagements at one time in their entirety; establish engagement objectives and scope of engagement, manage budgets and schedules Fully responsible for the client deliverable Develop and maintain client relations Pursue new business development Review staff work and provide clear and meaningful feedback Supervise and mentor engagement staff both in the field and as an assigned coach Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and client confidentiality Proficient at accounting and auditing research including a knowledge of the reference sources available to the firm
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills, and positive attitude Excellent time management and organization skills
