What You'll Do:

Conduct detailed residential energy audits within an 80-mile radius of Allentown, PA, without rushed schedules or unrealistic workloads. Install energy-saving measures that deliver immediate results for homeowners. Perform blower door testing, CAZ testing, and efficiency evaluations with reliable equipment. Engage and educate homeowners, representing a company known for integrity and high-quality work. Work in a variety of environments, including crawlspaces and mobile homes with safety as a top priority. Troubleshoot technical issues with strong support from leadership. Record and submit audit data accurately using modern tools and program standards.

What You Bring:

BPI Certification is required. At least 2 years of experience in energy auditing, residential services, or a related field. Experience conducting blower door testing and customer safety evaluations is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, crawling, climbing, kneeling, and working in confined spaces. Proficiency with basic hand and power tools and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and encouraging energy-saving behaviors. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
