We offer meaningful growth opportunities in a supportive and flexible environment. Position Overview Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Audit Associate to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to a variety of audit engagements while working closely with experienced leadership and clients. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing audit engagements Prepare and review financial statements and supporting documentation Perform audit testing and substantive procedures Identify and communicate findings related to internal controls and compliance Work directly with clients to gather necessary information Support senior team members with engagement deliverables and deadlines Qualifications 2+ years of public accounting audit experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required EA or CPA preferred but not required Experience with not-for-profit and/or multi-employer benefit plan audits highly preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards Excellent communication and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive compensation (DOE) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan Generous PTO Professional development support and certification assistance Flexible scheduling options Collaborative, team-oriented culture If you are looking to grow your audit career within a firm that values flexibility, professional development, and strong client relationships, we encourage you to apply.
