Job Title:
Quality Auditor Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor with prior experience in receiving shipments, unloading and organizing loads, and conducting inventory counts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities to maintain quality control and determine necessary adjustments. Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards. Manage inventory counts, including cycle and end-of-year counts. Operate a stand-up forklift for unloading and organizing shipments. Maintain documentation control and ensure food safety and GMP compliance. Receive and process shipments, verifying accuracy of orders. Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of quality across all operations. Essential Skills Experience in quality assurance, GMP, and food safety. Proficiency in Excel and documentation control. Background in inventory management and auditing. Ability to work independently, especially during night shifts. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold weather conditions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bilingual skills are preferred. Experience with BRC standards is a plus. Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision. Work Environment Our facility operates 24/7, and this role requires flexibility in scheduling. Initial training will occur from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The regular night shift runs from Sunday night to Thursday night, 10 PM to 6:30 AM. Adherence to GMP guidelines is mandatory, including wearing closed-toed shoes, long pants, and long-sleeve shirts. Uniforms and freezer jackets are provided as you will be working in and out of the freezer. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hazleton, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
