Purpose of Position:

As a Staff Internal Auditor at West Shore Home, you will audit operation effectiveness at all locations across the company to identify risks and assist business process owners in the development of new controls to address risks by communicating and documenting test results in formal audit reports to be presented to branch and corporate management.

Key Role Accountabilities:

Coordinate with branch and corporate management to understand their current processes. Perform tests of design and operating effectiveness at the company's branch and corporate locations. Identify risks and assist business process owners in the development of new controls to address the risks. Communicate and document test results to auditees in formal audit reports. Assist in optimizing the company's ERP system. Expected to travel up to 30% per year.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas. Ability to travel up to 30% per year and access to reliable transportation is required. 2+ years of experience working in Auditing, Risk Management, Compliance Management, Accounting. Ability to operate in a confidential and controlled environment to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail. Public accounting and Sarbanes-Oxley experience are a plus. Previous experience with an ERP system like Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards, etc. is preferred.
