Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Make solid decisions quickly based on limited information. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Intermediate experience with Excel preferred. Ability to work independently and with a team. Concern for achieving positive outcomes and growing the business; willing to get involved in all aspects of the process. Ability to be creative, resourceful, and take ownership of your categories. Responsibilities:

Break down, audit, and reassemble freight on outbound pallets before load dispatch. Record and report errors as they are discovered during the audit process. Correct any errors found to ensure 100% accuracy on pallets audited. Perform root cause analysis on any inaccuracies to prevent further errors from occurring. Partner with RFC leadership staff and directly with warehouse personnel to address audit results as needed. Perform a physical inventory count and reconcile the actual stock count with computer-generated reports. Assist with moving outbound pallets and other warehouse inventories as needed to perform full audit analysis and corrective measures. Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, and assist in resolving issues.
