PFS TECO
is hiring a Quality Inspector to support our Manufactured Structures Division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field work and prefers regional travel. You'll primarily support clients across Central Pennsylvania and the Northeast , with most travel planned and local to the region. We are especially interested in candidates with ICC certifications and modular or manufactured housing experience , but we will also consider candidates ready to grow into the role. What You'll Do Conduct quality inspections and audits at manufacturing facilities Ensure compliance with building codes, ICC standards, and certification requirements Review plant processes, documentation, and quality systems Identify defects, document findings, and verify corrective actions Partner with plant teams to improve quality and consistency Travel within the Northeast region (primarily Central PA) Minimal overnight travel compared to traditional inspection roles
What We're Looking For Must Have:
2+ years in construction, inspections, or code enforcement Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Highly Preferred:
ICC Certifications (Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) Experience with modular or manufactured housing Background in quality control, audits, or compliance inspections Open to
