Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Description Oxford Solutions is working with a growing corporation seeking an Internal Auditor for a full-time, driect hire role working onsite at their headquarters (south hills area). This opportunity is ideal for an early-to-mid-career professional looking to continue building expertise in internal audit, risk management, and compliance. This role offers exposure to operational, financial, and compliance audits while working closely with leadership to support process improvements and organizational effectiveness. It is an excellent opportunity to strengthen experience in internal controls, SOX compliance, and risk assessment while contributing to meaningful organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Support and perform internal audits focused on operational, financial, and compliance areas Assist with evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements Participate in SOX testing, documentation, and compliance activities Review business processes and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk Prepare audit workpapers, reports, and supporting documentation Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and communicate audit findings Assist with follow-up activities related to audit recommendations and corrective actions Support special projects, investigations, and risk assessment initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field CPA or CIA certification preferred or actively pursuing certification 1-5 years of relevant experience in public accounting, corporate internal audit, or related audit environments Understanding of internal controls, audit procedures, and risk management concepts Exposure to SOX compliance or regulatory environments is a plus Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment Internal Auditor - 26-00381 #ZR
