Payroll Auditor

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Payroll Auditor to join our fund office team. In this role, you will match contractor payroll to the remittance reports they provide to ensure that they are both completed accurately and in compliance with the CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement). Duties Conduct comprehensive audits of payroll data to verify accuracy and compliance Analyze payroll reports, quarterly/yearly tax filings and financial statements to identify trends, anomalies, or potential errors that could impact organizational compliance or reporting accuracy Collaborate with our reports department to ensure day-to-day activities are accurately input into our internal system Assist with internal collections from delinquent contractors Qualifications Must have a 4-year bachelor's degree of science in business with a focus in either accounting or finance Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft office Effective communication skills to collaborate across all departments Be willing to accept and learn new roles and duties as experience with our team is gained Benefits Full healthcare coverage with prescription coverage, vision and a supplemental dental benefit 2 Retirement plans: 1. $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
