Full Job Description Experience:

  • $200,000 per year Job Details
  • Responsibilities will be tailored to your experience level and may include: Lead HUD audit engagements from planning through completion Review work papers, financial statements, and audit documentation Analyze and evaluate internal controls, accounting processes, and systems Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing work and providing on-the-job training (supervisor level and above) Manage client communications, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously and manage project budgets and billing (manager/director level) Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact (manager/director level) Contribute to business development, proposal efforts, and practice growth initiatives (director level) Perform technical research and stay current on HUD and GAAP requirements Identify opportunities to enhance client service and strengthen relationships A bit about us:•Based out of the midwest, we're an independent, fast-growing accounting and advisory firm.
