This role solves all 3. A growing CPA firm is looking for an Audit Manager who wants strong leadership, real visibility, and a team that actually feels like one. A place where Partners are approachable, quality matters, and people are trusted to do good work without unnecessary layers or corporate noise. You will be joining a firm where relationships matter, internally and externally. Strong client service, team support, and long term growth are all part of the bigger picture here. If you enjoy leading engagements, mentoring teams, building client trust, and being part of a firm that is growing with intention, keep reading. Why this firm? Culture here is not a buzzword. This is a firm where leadership is visible, people are supported, and strong work is genuinely recognised. Big enough to offer structure, resources, and progression. Small enough that your voice matters, your work is noticed, and you are not lost in endless hierarchy. There is a genuine team environment here. People collaborate, Partners stay involved, and relationships matter, both within the office and with clients. No unnecessary politics. No feeling like another number. Just a firm growing the right way. The perks Alongside strong long term opportunity, the firm offers flexibility, supportive leadership, and a culture built around trust and accountability. People are given autonomy, expectations are clear, and there is a genuine give and take approach when life happens. It is the kind of place where quality work matters, but so does how people are treated. If you are an Audit Manager looking for a firm where leadership, growth, and culture actually align, this could be worth a conversation. What you'll be doing: Managing audit engagements from planning through completion Reviewing work completed by staff and seniors, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building long term relationships Managing budgets, deadlines, workflow, and overall engagement delivery Identifying risk areas, resolving issues, and keeping engagements running smoothly Working closely with Partners and senior leadership on client needs and firm growth Supporting process improvements and helping strengthen the wider audit function What they're looking for: Current Public Accounting experience Strong audit background Experience managing engagements independently from A to Z Comfortable reviewing work and leading a team Confident in front of clients and able to build trust quickly Strong communication and leadership skills Organised, commercially aware, and solutions focused CPA preferred, depending on level
