You'll be joining one of the most stable teams in public accounting. Their retention rates are some of the highest in the industry. If people leave, it's generally to move to Corporate. You could be their next Audit Manager; working with a wide range of clients across NY. You'll get paid between $140,000 and $180,000. As you'd expect with any position in Public Accounting, there'll be longer hours at times of the year. But it won't be what you'd have in the Big 4 or Top 10 firms.
