Opportunity:

A reputable and growing CPA and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its Atlanta team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll manage engagements across a variety of industries, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Ideal candidates will bring at least 5 years of public accounting experience and an active CPA license.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion for a wide range of clients Review and finalize financial statements, audit reports, and internal documentation Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and seniors, including providing performance feedback Identify areas for operational and process improvement, both internally and for clients Assist in business development efforts through client retention and expanding existing accounts Industry experience in Healthcare and/or Private Equity is a plus

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Active CPA license required Minimum of 5 years of recent public accounting experience Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and team members
