This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional to lead client engagements, mentor staff, and play a key role in the continued growth of our firm. The ideal candidate will have strong audit and accounting expertise, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements across diverse industries, including Not-for-Profit, Construction, and other sectors . What You'll Do Lead and manage multiple audit and accounting engagements from planning through completion Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional service Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants and auditors Assist with engagement scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP standards Identify and resolve complex accounting and reporting issues Provide consulting, tax, and advisory support as needed Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to firm growth Qualifications 3+ years of public accounting experience required CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP procedures and auditing standards Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proven verbal and written communication abilities Strong leadership, delegation, and staff development experience Professional executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with clients Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required Preferred Software Experience AdvanceFlow UltraTax Fixed Assets QuickBooks Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Various assurance applications and research tools Benefits & Perks Compensation & Retirement Competitive salary 401(k) plan 401(k) matching Simple IRA plan Insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Work-Life Balance Paid time off Flexible remote work options when needed Excellent work/life balance Overtime opportunities during busy season Why Join Us?
