Introduced a business owner. Made a referral. Opened a door. Then watched the firm collect fees from that client for the next 10 years while you got a thank you and maybe a gift card at Christmas? That's how most firms work. This one disagrees. If you bring in a client here, you share in the revenue. Not once. Not for 12 months. As long as that client remains with the firm. Which means if you're good at building relationships, networking, or simply spotting opportunities, your earning potential looks very different from most Audit Manager roles. And before you assume this is some tiny startup firm trying to buy growth... It isn't. This is a well established South Florida CPA firm with around 60 employees, 7 Partners, and decades of reputation behind it. The infrastructure already exists. The clients already exist. The team already exists. What they're looking for now is ambitious people who want more control over their future. You'll manage audit engagements, work directly with clients, mentor staff, and play a visible role in the continued growth of the practice. The Partners are commercially minded and understand something many firms don't: The people helping grow the business should share in the success. Crazy concept. I know. You'll probably fit well if: You've got 5+ years of Public Accounting audit experience You're already managing engagements and client relationships You enjoy the commercial side of Public Accounting You've thought before, "If I can bring in business, why am I not benefiting from it?"
