$91,200 to $164,200 plus comprehensive benefits and performance-based compensation.Position Overview:
We are seeking an Audit Manager to join a dynamic and expanding practice, providing leadership on audit engagements, managing high-quality client relationships, and contributing to business development efforts while supporting the growth of the assurance team.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements across commercial and nonprofit clients.
- Oversee, mentor, and develop A&A associates to support long-term team success.
- Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple projects and timelines.
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and industry insight.
- Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives and proposals.
- Ensure audit quality and compliance with professional standards.
- Support the growth of the practice through operational excellence and leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of public accounting experience.
- Commercial and Nonprofit audit experience required.
- Proven leadership and staff-development abilities.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Business development experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master's preferred.
- Active CPA license required.
