Position:
  • Perform detailed reviews of financial statement audit engagements, review engagements, agreed-upon procedures engagements, and outsourced accounting engagements
  • Assume responsibility for assigned financial statement accounts, including personnel scheduling, compliance with due dates, billing, and monitoring time budgets
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting standards
  • Act as a resource and mentor for assurance staff on financial statement issues and related questions
  • Assume client service responsibility
  • Manage time effectively, including handling multiple engagements simultaneously and meeting deadlines
  • Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with ProSystems Engagement, Microsoft Office, and XCM
  • Effectively supervise and lead teams of senior and staff-level assurance associates
  • Participate in the firm's career advisory program
Qualifications:
Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of solid audit/assurance experience within a public accounting firm, with demonstrated stability
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA required
  • Tax experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
