reviews $100,000•$165,000 a year•Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join and lead our growing External Audit practice. This role is responsible for overseeing audit engagements, maintaining the firm's audit quality standards, and expanding the firm's audit practice.

The Audit Partner must have the authority and qualifications to sign audit reports , provide strategic leadership to the audit team, and ensure compliance with professional standards. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep technical knowledge of U.S. auditing standards, and the ability to manage client relationships while developing and mentoring audit professionals.

The successful candidate will lead audit engagements, supervise audit managers and staff, maintain high-quality control standards, and contribute to the long-term growth of the firm's audit practice. Key Responsibilities Audit Leadership & Engagement Oversight Serve as the engagement partner and signing partner for financial statement audits. Lead and oversee external audit engagements across a range of industries. Ensure audit engagements comply with
GAAP, GAAS, SSARS, PCAOB
standards, and firm policies . Review and approve audit workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports prior to issuance. Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for auditing clients. Team Leadership & Practice Development Build, lead, and mentor the audit team , including managers, supervisors, and audit staff. Provide technical training, performance feedback, and career development guidance to team members. Ensure audit engagements are completed efficiently, on schedule, and with high quality. Support recruiting and development of audit professionals to expand the firm's audit capabilities. Contribute to the strategic growth of the firm's audit practice , including business development and client expansion. Quality Control & Compliance Maintain and strengthen the firm's audit quality control system . Oversee compliance with AICPA, GAAS, SSARS, and PCAOB-related standards . Participate in and oversee the firm's peer review preparation and response process . Monitor internal inspection procedures and ensure engagement documentation meets quality standards. Provide leadership in improving audit methodology and documentation practices. Qualifications & Experience Required CPA license required (active and in good standing in the United States). 7+ years of external audit experience with a U.S. public accounting firm. Eligible and authorized to sign audit reports as an engagement partner. Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, SSARS, and PCAOB standards . Experience managing and supervising audit teams. Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing multiple engagements. Experience participating in or overseeing peer review processes . Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills. Mandarin language proficiency is required. Preferred Prior experience serving as Audit Partner or Senior Audit Manager in a public accounting firm. Experience with nonprofit, governmental, or financial services audits .
