This role offers the opportunity to lead engagements, mentor staff, and work across a wide range of industries while gaining meaningful client exposure and clear advancement opportunities within a firm experiencing significant growth.Salary Range:
$90,000 - $120,000 What You'll Do- Lead audit engagements from planning through completion and serve as a primary client contact
- Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit documentation while ensuring engagement quality
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff throughout the audit process
- Collaborate with managers and partners to deliver exceptional client service and identify advisory opportunities Qualifications
- 3+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Experience leading engagements and working directly with clients
- CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification
