Our CPA firm is a bit different, where tax and audit managers also dig in deep to meet clients' needs throughout the year with all of their accounting needs. We work in industries like Not For Profit, Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing, Engineering, Technology, and Restaurants. Most of our clients are SMB clients. Our Bonus structure is based on hours billed plus base salary and there are opportunities for advancement in pay every year. Due to growth we are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team.1. We have a youthful culture, where promotion to director/principal level can happen in a few years. 2. We take pride in our firm having a great work-life-balance culture, which is very important to us. We get that you have life outside of work. We do our best to regulate the hours during busy season, (not too many weeks at 55 hours, and the max is 55 hours.) 3. Looking for growth? What You Will Be Doing

• Reviewing audit reports, findings, and recommendations
• Managing projects and supervising team
• Research accounting and tax-related issues utilizing electronic databases
• Apply concepts of risk assessment
• Establish working relationships with client personnelWhat You Need for this Position
• Auditing experience (experience and/or interest in NFP Audits
• Financial Reporting
• Previous Supervising experience
