Role Description This is a full-time role for an Audit Senior at a mid-size CPA firm located in Miami, FL. The firm works across a broad range of industries including healthcare, real estate, financial services, government, nonprofit, and international business. They have a great modern office and are ideally looking for someone local, although they are also open to flexible working arrangements for the right person. The Audit Senior will be involved in leading audit engagements, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and working closely with clients across a variety of industries. The role will also involve mentoring junior staff and assisting Managers and Partners throughout the audit process. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Audits Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles Solid leadership and team mentorship abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred Prior experience in public accounting is essential Please apply if you are interested in the role, or feel free to connect with me on Linked In
