- On-site gym As a Fund Auditor your job responsibilities will be:
- Perform on-site and off-site payroll audits of participating Contractors
- Ensure all accounts receivable invoicing is processed and posted in a timely manner
- Billing and collection of Contractor discrepancies
- Communicate with Participants and Contractors
- Reconciliation of accounts receivable
- Monthly/Weekly reporting
- Prepare special reports as required
- A Collections Staff employee is expected to continuously update their knowledge of all current Benefit Plan policies and procedures, as well as, provide outstanding customer service Qualifications necessary to perform these duties:
- Strong Customer Service skills and the desire to provide each and every participant with outstanding service
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, specifically with Word, Excel, and Access
- Excellent social, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion, respect and ethics
- Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies
- Ability to work within and across teams/departments, as well as individually
- Effective time management skills
- Dynamic team player
Requirements:
A reliable vehicle is required, as the role involves regular travel to contractor locations to conduct audits. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, ideally in Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, but it is not required.
